In his free time, Scott enjoys golf, racquetball, fishing, mountain biking, hiking and dirt bike riding.

In addition to his church activities, Scott regularly helps feed the homeless, has built inexpensive housing with "Habitat for Humanity" and gives a portion of every transaction to charitable organizations.

Scott feels that giving to those less fortunate is always a priority!

Scott's History

Scott was born right here at "old" Torrance Memorial Hospital in 1957 and has lived all his life in Torrance and Lomita, with the exception of one year in Sault Ste. Marie, Michigan (his dad's hometown). That experience was enough for him to realize that snow is cold, wet and "not for this thin blooded" California transplant.

Scott has been married for over 21 years to his lovely wife, Wendy. They have three daughters including identical twins!

After graduation, Scott worked as a meat cutter for several years to help finance his college education in business and real estate. In 1985 Scott "hung up his cleaver" for a full-time career in real estate. He survived the downturn of the market in the 1990's and has been helping buyers and sellers realize their "dreams of home ownership" for over 18 years.
